Integrative Psychotherapist in Advanced Training
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist in Advanced Training based in Middlesbrough. I supportively work with clients to recognise and process various issues and experiences that may be keeping them stuck in a place in their life where they don’t feel fulfilled nor want to be. Together we can explore where your blocks may be and how your past experiences may be contributing to your present and your future. During our sessions you will be offered a safe space where you can make sense of your experiences. I offer a free 30 minute initial appointment for us to meet where you can decide if you would like me to be part of your therapy journey.

What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is an explorative process calling on a range of models that try to understand human behaviour. It aides looking at your issues from different perspectives, using a blend of techniques that best suits your needs.
The aim of therapy is to help you understand more about yourself and how your experiences have shaped how you are in the world, identifying adaptions you may have had to make within yourself in order to keep yourself safe that may now not be serving you well.
